We all have been struggling with hairfall problem atleast once in our life but less we know that simple eating habits can prove so useful for the hairs.
Including these things in your daily diet plays an integral role in maintaining the condition of your hair.
1. Spinach
Iron deficiency can lead to hairfall . Adding spinach to your daily diet decreases the risk of hairfall as spinach is rich in Vitamin A,C and Calcium.
2. Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A which is needed by our scalp to produce sebum. This is responsible for providing shine and moisture to the hair.
3. Almonds
We all know the benefits of almonds but lesser we know that the Vitamin E in almonds is essential for increasing hair growth. It also repairs tissues and maintain them.
4. Oats
If you are the one who want volume in your hair and want to have thick, volumated hair, then you should include oats in your diet. Oats are a treasure house of fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids that helps you provide the rich volume you have always wanted.
5. Cinnamon
Cinnamon has always been an underdog in the picture. We always focus on the hair shine and strength but we forget the root of our hair that is the hair follicies which are responsible for hair growth. Including cinnamon in your diet improves blood circulation in yours scalp which further promotes hair growth.

Zinc and magnesium are required to be taken in appropriate quantities. Excess of zinc can damage the hairs.
